Conway, 34th Commandant of the Marine Corps, invites you to celebrate the Marine Corps’ 234th Birthday at the Commandant’s Marine Corps Birthday Ball on Saturday, November 14, 2009, at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center. The Commandant’s Marine Corps Birthday Ball is the official ball of the Marine Corps, and is open to all hands. The celebration is a national-level event, attended by active duty and retired Marines and their families, as well as influential national, community, and civic leaders.
This year’s ball will continue the proud tradition of celebrating the birthday of the United States Marine Corps.
